In addition to a great work environment, I enjoy the many perks the firm has to offer as well. From the Dress for Your Day policy, which allows staff more flexibility in their attire (jeans!) on days when professional dress is not required, to the firm’s Half Day Friday policy from Memorial Day through Labor Day! For me, more comfortable workdays and having additional time to spend with family and friends or get a head start on my weekend during the summer months are just some of the ways that Williams Overman Pierce helps provide me with work life balance.

One of the benefits I enjoy the most here at Williams Overman Pierce is the work life balance that unlimited PTO provides. Since there are increased work hours during busy season, having unlimited PTO gives me the flexibility to create my own schedule during the less busy time of the year to rest and recharge without being confined to a few set weeks of time off during the year.

Williams Overman Pierce is a great place to work, but my colleagues are what keeps me here! I love the fact that we not only share our knowledge with one another but support each other as well. During my time with the firm, not only have I been able to build professional relationships, but my colleagues have become my friends and really care about me and my well-being.

Here at Williams Overman Pierce I am not only provided with opportunities to grow and meet challenges, but provided the support system and career guidance to do so. I like knowing that I am in the driver seat when it comes to my career path and progression and that I will be rewarded and promoted based on how hard I work.

I enjoy working at Williams Overman Pierce, as it allows both staff and interns to have the flexibility to explore all industries and service lines offered by the firm. When I joined the firm I did not have experience with many of the services offered by the firm . Having the opportunity to explore and work on a variety of industries and service lines has allowed me to be in control of my career and focus on those that I have a passion for most as opposed to being stuck in one industry. To me, this is just one of the many reasons Williams Overman Pierce stands out from other firms.

I enjoy working at Williams Overman Pierce for many reasons, but one of my favorite things about working here is the open door culture. I am not just a number and my contributions matter. I am always impressed by the firm’s leadership team for their willingness to listen to employees (from all levels) about their aspirations, visions for the firm and improvements that could be made to the firm and/or our processes to continue to make Williams Overman Pierce a great place to work.
