All employees participate in an in-house orientation designed to provide a foundation of knowledge to introduce you to our work culture, hardware and software systems and general firm practices and procedures. In addition, we invest in you and your development through a comprehensive plan of continuing technical education as well as soft skills training. We have an effective mentoring program that gives you the opportunity to obtain direction and advice from those who have wider experience and knowledge of our profession and our firm. Our partners have an open door policy, encouraging you to ask questions and learn. For staff members who are just starting to build their careers, Williams Overman Pierce offers an environment where you are a part of the engagement from start to finish – your voice matters! We assist you in obtaining your license by offering partial reimbursement of CPA exam review courses. Our continual growth and expanding staff requirements mean that there are ample opportunities for advancement.
